Key Dates & Tariff Actions:
August 1, 2025:
Elevated tariff rates (11%–50%) resume for countries listed in Annex I.
This was originally scheduled for July 9, 2025, but was extended via Presidential Action on July 7, 2025:

August 11, 2025:
The 90-day tariff pause for China ends.
August 12, 2025:
A 34% tariff on Chinese goods is scheduled to resume, unless a new trade agreement is reached.
· Countries not listed in Annex I will continue to receive the 10% tariff rate.
· A potential Vietnam trade deal is under negotiation:
· 20% tariff on direct shipments from Vietnam
· 40% tariff on goods transshipped through Vietnam (e.g., from China)
· Awaiting final guidance from CBP
These timelines and rates are subject to change based on ongoing trade negotiations and announcements. We will share updates as soon as new details are released.
